Genuine Solid Shocks Co. parts — seals, o-rings, wiper seals, and wear band — engineered to match the originals exactly so your shocks deliver the same damping characteristics they did out of the box.

When To Rebuild
Heavy-duty 4.0″ coilovers see a lot of work — and need regular service to stay sharp. Rebuild your shocks if you notice any of the following:
- Visible oil weeping around the shaft or seals.
- Inconsistent damping or fade during long runs.
- Reduced bottom-out resistance on big hits.
- Excessive heat buildup during use.
For race builds, plan on a rebuild every season. For trail use, every 50–100 hours of hard riding.
