The Solid Shocks Co. 3.0″ Internal Bypass shock takes our race-proven bypass technology and integrates it into a clean, single-body design — eliminating the cost, weight, and complexity of an external bypass system without sacrificing performance. Engineered, machined, and assembled in the USA.
Internal Bypass Technology
- Precision-tuned bypass bleed ports allow a larger volume of fluid to circulate with less resistance for a smoother ride over choppy terrain.
- Built-in progressive bump zone increases damping force as the shock nears full compression — dramatically reducing harsh bottom-outs in deep holes and big hits.
- Longer machined metering rod creates a smoother transition through the damping zones, plugging the bypass hole for less bleed and a more progressive feel.
- Pistons feature variable bleed and shim options — custom tuned to vehicle weight, application, and rider preference.
Race-Proven Construction
- 3.0″ diameter body built for strength and long-term durability.
- Double-sealed piston keeps oil and nitrogen charge completely separated for long service life.
- Higher nitrogen pressure and increased oil capacity deliver consistent damping under sustained abuse.
